| Festival Description | The International Music Festival — Jazz Fest Sarajevo demonstrates the wealth, versatility and dynamism of the music scene today. In the previous eleven years we presented hundreds of musicians coming from 54 countries in more than 150 concerts. During the week of the festival, Sarajevo becomes the biggest of a small crossroad of the European music scene, with globally up to date programmes. It can be easily said that Jazz Fest Sarajevo charts an important date in the calendar of artistic music festivals worldwide. |

Festival Story:
Free chocolate! This is only part of the many wonderful things about the Sarajevo Jazz Festival. Jazz musicians from around the world are featured the first week of November in this historically rich, culturally hip city. The festival began as a regular even in 1997. The jazz comes from groups in countries as varied as France, Hungary, Italy, Norway, and the USA. And the free chocolate? The festival includes a free workshop for children — with free chocolate.

Tickets 2008:
- Online booking
- Tickets can be booked online from October 1-19, 2008
- Online Booking Only—email confirmation from Jazz Fest Ticket Office within 24 hours guarantees that your reservation has been received. (If you do not receive a confirmed reservation, the reservation will not be valid, and we ask you to contact us by phone.)
- Free ticket delivery (for three tickets or more only!) to your office or home address from October 16-19, 2008
- Phone booking
- Tickets can be booked by phone +387 33 550 481 from October 20-26, 2008. Office hours 10:00am-5:00pm (10.00-17.00).
- These tickets should be collected by October 31, 2008 at the Box Office, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.
- For non-resident visitors in Sarajevo, reservations will be held till 6:00pm (18:00) on the day of the concert.
- Ticket sales
- Ticket selling for all concerts starts from October 27, 2008 at Box Office. For every single concert, tickets will be made available at the venue half an hour before the concert.
- Tips
- Student discount is 20% off at Box Office only. Students should present their ID upon collecting the tickets.
- Only one ticket per concert is allowed.
- Free delivery included at your home or office address.
