Festival Description

Since 1985 the National Festival of Gaitas Francisco Llirene has paid tribute to the ancestral and cultural legacy of the gaita (traditional bagpipe), by organizing an annual festival. Bands interpret various musical modalities of this instrument, along with the participation of gaita masters, who play traditional melodies and rhythms.
