As part of a global movement to celebrate French-influenced and French-speaking cultures, Côte d’Ivoire’s contribution to International Francophone Day will enliven Abidjan. The many forms of culture that are specific to Côte d’Ivoire simultaneously transcend national boundaries through their grounding in a beautiful language. Associated organizations will include the Francophone Environment Youth (Jeunesse Francophone de L’environnement) and the Young Readers Association (Association jeunes Lecteurs).
