| Festival Description | The Formosa International Guitar Festival is organized by the France-based guitarist Louis Tsou and is sponsored by Les Cordes Vivantes Musique Ensemble. The program includes concerts and master classes that take place in Kaohsiung and Taipei. The participants at the festival include French and Taiwanese guitarists. The concert program features solo concerts, guitar quartet, and sextet with multimedia. |

Master classes 2008:
- Three master classes will be held in Taipei and Kaohsiung
- October 6th at Taipei Wenshan Community College

- October 12th at Wei-Wu-Ying Center for the Arts
