| Festival Description | The Academia Nacional del Tango (UK) and Las Estrellas Tango School/Studio present the spectacular International Tango Festival under the artistic direction of Takis Kalogroulis. This superb event takes place each November at the majestic Porchester Hall, in Bayswater, London W2. Once again, this event is drawing members of the tango scene from all over Europe, the USA and Latin America, as well as newcomers seeking their first taste of the Tango dance. Come and share in the glamour, costumes and joy of this wonderful event! The London International Tango Festivals have been recognised as being amongst the best tango events internationally. There will be a full programme of three two-hour evening shows and also a two-hour matinee show on Sunday. The performers will be giving master classes and workshops during the three days of the festival, covering all levels of dancers from beginners to advanced. They will also teach advanced techniques: women’s advanced tango techniques, volcadas & colgadas and milonga & vals. There are Master class for beginners, intermediate, and for advanced classes. |

Tickets 2011:
- Shows
- There will be a full programme of three two-hour evening shows and also a two-hour matinee show on Sunday.
- Ticket prices range from £25 to £50, and multiple booking discounts are available. All tickets include entrance to The Grand Ball, featuring all of the 12 dancers, to continue until after midnight.
