| Festival Description | This festival no longer takes place. Parti Gras! was aimed at the urban partier, arts and entertainment, and most importantly, the jazz enthusiast. Live music, New Orleans style cuisine, street performers, artisans and a fashion show. The free event took place at downtown Toronto’s unique landmark centre for art, culture and entertainment. |
