| Festival Description | The southernmost musical festival of the world takes place in the city of Ushuaia, in the Patagonian province of Tierra del Fuego. Classical music concerts, including the participation of prominent trios and quartets from Salzburg, Vienna and Graz, and the Philarmonic Orquestra of Salta, are held in the elegant five star hotel, “Salon Milenio”. The 2007 festival is the 3rd edition whose main feature is the Symphonie Orchester Berlin (Berliner Symphoniker). This famous orchestra with more than 30 years of history, is one of the most important, world wide performing orchestras in Europe. |
