The 2009 festival has been cancelled. This year’s “Kwetu Fest” has been code-named “PEACE FESTIVAL” under the theme “Determined to achieve wellbeing peacefully”. With this theme—peace is envisioned at as a collective effort, which creates wellbeing, these two elements have to be worked out hand in hand without depriving one of the other. The organizers would also like to invite people to present papers and run workshops in various fields in perfroming arts
