Festival Description	Three outdoor stages feature dance, cultural performances and contemporary music, including jazz, country, swing, R & B, classical and more by Texas musicians. Showcase performances by new Texans—that is, Louisiana musicians who have made Texas their home in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Not to miss a beat, the Dallas Symphony Orchestra will present a free City Arts themed concert Friday night, and future patrons of the arts will be treated to child-friendly performances and interactive activities in the Medical City Children’s Kid’s Area. In addition to these wonderful free offerings, there will be lots of food and drinks available for purchase.
