| Festival Description | The Opera Theatre and Music Festival of Lucca was suspended in 2009. The festival was a comprehensive European study and performance experience for singers, instrumentalists, pianists/coaches, assistant conductors and stage technicians. The five-week Festival was an accredited summer program of the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM), one of America’s foremost institutions for professional education in the performing arts. Classes, lessons, coachings, master classes and performances are held in the region’s historic cloisters, villas, churches and piazzas. |
