| Festival Description | Rock Werchter is one of Belgium's biggest rock music festivals. It takes place on a special site about 30km east of Brussels and attracts up to 50,000 people each year, with enough room for everyone to camp. Past festival performers have included big names like REM, Kraftwerk, Nine Inch Nails, Faithless, Elvis Costello, Queens of the Stone Age and Foo Fighters. Up-and-coming and newer acts featured include Jamie Cullum, Keane, Kasabian and Flogging Molly, among many more. |
