| Festival Description | Since 1998 the International Early Music Festival has been held in St. Petersburg and is considered a leading festival in Russia. Each year the Festival takes places in September-October featuring world-renowned ensembles and soloists. The program presents music from the Middle-Ages, Renaissance, Baroque and Classical periods to audiences in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Perm, Yekaterinburg and Novosibirsk.
