| Festival Description | The bluegrass and acoustic festival’s program includes concerts, workshops, kids’ activities, informal jamming, a band contest and contra dancing. To round-out the weekend festival experience, tent camping and RV parking are available, and other lodging is nearby the festival grounds. Pickin’ in the Pines was awarded Outstanding Arts Event at the 2010 Viola Awards (Flagstaff’s own arts awards event), chosen from a tough field of events nominated by Flagstaff residents. We were honored to be selected for this award by a jury of arts participants and professionals! |
