| Festival Description | The Rivers & Spires Festival is held in the Downtown Clarksville, TN each April. This is a Free event with more than 50 Arts & Craft Booths, 60 Marketplace Vendors, Car Shows, Cultural Diversity Exhibits, multiple stages of entertainment with over 100 entertainers, Family Zone, Military Exhibits, Quilt Show, and much, much more. An award winning event recognized as the top festival by the International Festival & Events Association and the Southeast Festival & Events Association. |
