| Festival Description | The Association Kaay Fecc organizes the National Battle/Dance Hip Hop, that takes place in the Centre culturel Blaise Senghor in Dakar. The festival begins with a pre-selection process that takes place at the Centre. The gathering of dancers is intended to promote of all forms of dances to offer young people the opportunity to take part in this urban art. Association KAAY FECC organizes the Festival within a framework allowing artistic expression and sharing through the experience and in order to develop the local cultural industry. |
