Festival Description

Since 1986 On the Waterfront festival become Illinois’ largest music festival. It was developed to help celebrate Rockford’s rich cultural heritage and ethnic diversity. Over the years the festival has gained national recognition as a highly professional event with a year-round commitment to the Rockford community.
