| Festival Description | Caspar Community, the sponsors of CasparFest, have changed the emphasis and date for this successful, home-village festival—CasparFest will focus on local production and sustainability. The Festival features a crafts fair, an outdoor stage with local musicians, and a dinner made from ingredients from within a 100-mile radius. Caspar is a peaceful rural village on California’s scenic north coast. |
