| Festival Description | The aim of the organizers is to present professional chamber music in Sitka and throughout Alaska. For three weeks each June the annual classical music festival takes place in Sitka and also goes on tour, presenting concerts in remote communities throughout Alaska. The Festival was founded in 1972 by violinist Paul Rosenthal. |
