| Festival Description | The first weekend in June and the last weekend in September every year, the quiet little community of Webster’s Chapel, located just outside Jacksonville halfway between Gadsden and Anniston, comes alive with the string sounds of bluegrass—banjo, fiddle, mandolin, guitar, and bass. Thousands flock to the 12-acre farm equipped with recreational vehicle hookups and campsites. There’s a 1200-square foot stage where bluegrass greats such as Alison Krauss, Tony Rice, IIIrd Tyme Out and many, many others have performed. Along with some of the greatest National acts, local acts are always a treat. |
