| Festival Description | The Baltimore Music Festival is produced by Bilal Ali Productions and features jazz, R&B, soul, gospel, and spoken word performances. The aim is to educate youth in a variety of music genres to expand their knowledge and to gain an ear for diverse music forms. The festival benefits the New Vision Youth Services whose aim is to reach out to the next generation by offering support and to expose the children to culture and the arts. |
