| Festival Description | Dolgellau hosts an international music week with artists from Sweden, Germany, Holland, Japan and the UK. Most of the action takes place in Theatr Fach, Glyndwr Street, Dolgellau, which is the home of the local amateur dramatic society. There are workshops and masterclasses every morning of the festival. There are also concerts every night and a special gala dinner and music event on Saturday, with the farewell concert on the last day. The festival was formerly known as the Dolgellau International Music Festival, has been renamed Mid Wales Music Week. |
