| Festival Description | Perth hosts its annual celebration of the arts, with its usual rich international mix. The Festival has its roots in classical music and opera but in recent years has broadened its range of appeal to include all art forms. Highlights over the years have included Dame Kiri Te Kanawa and The Scottish Chamber Orchestra, Russian State Symphony Orchestra with Nicolai Demidenko, English Touring Opera Cosi fan tutte by Mozart, and Maria Stuarda by Donizetti and many, many more. |
