| Festival Description | Since 1990 the Flood City Music Festival (formerly Johnstown Folk Festival) has been produced by the Johnstown Area Heritage Association. Over the course of time the festival’s title has changed as the festival evolved in to what it has now become — presenting an eclectic blend of established acts, rising talents in a range of genres including folk, rock, blues and roots music. The festival takes place at Festival Park in Johnstown where there will be a food vendor on site. |
