| Festival Description | Belfast Children's Festival , organised by Young at Art, is a multi-discplinary festival for children and young people. Since its beginnings in 1998, the festival has established a reputation for artistic excellence and adventurous programming. Through a vibrant year-round outreach programme, Young at Art reaches children and young people in schools and community groups all over Northern Ireland. The festival promotes dance, literature, music, theatre and visual art for children. |
