| Festival Description | The Western Australian Middle Eastern Dance Festival - WAMED is held annually for four days in June over the Foundation Day long weekend—and includes a cocktail party and fashion parade, two full days of workshops, Saturday evening event, Sunday evening Gala Concert and an all day Bazaar. The annual festival has taken place since 1999. |
