| Festival Description | Festival at the Edge is a storytelling festival. Stories to make you laugh, cry and wonder. FATE is a festival for everyone, as well as for those already bitten by the story bug that features the best international storytellers in performance, music, comedy, poetry and related arts. If you would like to participate, there are workshops, story rounds and sessions. At night the bonfire sessions continue until late (or dawn!). Since 1999, the Festival has commissioned a major new storytelling performance each year to premiere at the festival. As a family-friendly event, we provide a children's festival that runs throughout the festival weekend, mixing specially booked children's performers with performers from the main festival. |
