Festival Description	STIMMEN—an international festival, is dedicated solely to vocal artists. The festival is situated in Lörrach, in the heart of Europe—in the 3-country-area (Germany, Switzerland, France) around Bale. It was founded in 1994 with a focus on the vocal music from the Alpin region and from Italy. Also the program includes an extraordinary choice of vocal artists from all over the world. The international program creates an atmosphere of living, cultural exchange. It takes place in different venues and churches in the region.
