| Festival Description | The Naked Stage is the international festival of improvised theatre that has been organised by KUD France Preљeren since 2002. The festival presents the new improvised performances from the KUD France Preљeren imrovisational theatre with a decade-long tradition as well as international improvisation theatre groups. While the first festival invited individual performers from different improvisational theatre groups to stage international improvisational shows in mixed groups, the second festival was a thematic one. At the festival, improvisers from all around the globe explored the process of creating and developing characters and developed the final show of the festival. The festival is supported by Ljubljana Municipality as well as by several foreign embassies and cultural centres in Slovenia. |
