| Festival Description | The Keltika International Festival began in 2003. It sought to enrich the cultural scene along the Keltika road (from Logatec, Bovec to Nova Gorica) throughout the whole year with international concerts featuring various genres (jazzethno-klezmer-latino-folk-classics), culminating in the Cerkno Jazz Festival (May). The unusal mix of genres can be summed up in the 2003-04 festival—ambiental music peformance by the Project Ћlust, a folk-ethno-rock-pop group from Macedonia which collaborates with New York producer Malcolm Burn; performances by the klezmer-folk group La Famiglia Scannapiece from Italy; and the Irish group Trebog. |
