A traditional multicultural republic event, which has been taking place in Knjaževac since 1962. The festival enables the performance or presentation of creativity in the field of music (rock, folk, popular, classical), choral singing, literature, recitation, drama, film, folklore, modern dance, ballet, art, photography, youth caricature, comic and video creativity. The participants of the festival are young people up to the age of 30 who are first class amateurs or who prepare themselves for culture and art to be their future occupations. The event is renowned and recognized in the cultural public of the Republic of Serbia so that it is supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Serbia, Cultural and Educational Community of Serbia, faculties and art schools, recognized Cultural and Artistic Societies and other people who are interested in initiating creativity of the young.
