| Festival Description | Rocking the Daisies is held on Cloof Wine Estate, Darling less than 1 hours drive from Cape Town. This beautiful farm offers the festival goer wine tasting, a dam, shaded areas, separate camping areas and awesome vineyard and mountain views. Late in 2006 Cloof Estate was named Champion under the Biodiversity & Wine Initiative, in recognition of the steps taken to conserve pristine natural vegetation, and to rehabilitate previously cultivated areas. The program also sets extremely strict standards in terms of the potential environmental impact of vineyard and cellar activities. |
