| Festival Description | The International Festival of Folk Arts and Craft takes place at notable venues in Velikiy Novgorod. The festival guests dressed in the traditional costumes of their countries and carrying national flags, greet Novgorodians at the Monument to the Millennium of Russia. Round-dancing, bell-ringing, flower-laying. They proceed from the Monument to the Millennium of Russia to the Yaroslav’s Courtyard across the pedestrian bridge in a parade of celebration of cultures. |
