| Festival Description | Established in 1999, the Øyafestivalen is held in Middelalderparken, the Medieval Park in the Old City district of Oslo. Musically the line up is mixed Norwegian and international acts. The festival lasts for 4 days and offers camping for festival-goers off-site. The festival has a strong environmental policy, recycling as much as possible of the refuse generated by the event and champions ‘green’ issues. |
