Festival Description	Sir Richard Branson has announced that Estevan, SK has won the opportunity to have its own music festival—”Flick-Fest”. Communities across Canada were in the running to host the carbon-neutral music festival that took place in spring 2008. FLICK OFF, a national movement to fight climate change, awarded the FLICK-FEST to the community with the most citizens per capita measuring their carbon emissions.
