| Festival Description | The Otago Festival of the Arts is a biennial celebration of the “excellent and the extra-ordinary”. A boutique festival in a boutique city the Otago Festival of the Arts offers the full range of performance experience for Dunedin City and Otago audiences. For ten days a whirlwind of acts from all round the world and from New Zealand entertain, stimulate and engage with audiences. Programming includes dance, theatre, music, opera, literature, and visual arts performances. Previous international acts include; the Jacques Loussier Trio, Harlem Gospel Choir, Swingle Singers, Soweto String Quartet, Tuvan throat singers, the Architects of Air installation and much more. |
