| Festival Description | The first Bay of Islands Country Music Festival was held in May 1990. Each year the festival features more than 60 acts from New Zealand, Australia and the USA performing at nine venues. Street music and line dancing included. The weekend event features good music and friendship in the stunning setting of the Bay of Islands of New Zealand—one of the top tourist spots of the country. |
