| Festival Description | Showdown! takes place on the first Saturday after Easter and is held in an indoor venue. The opening band is the winner from the blues contest, Show Up! that is held in January, other participating bands are booked by the organizers—making a total of six bands that perform that night. The festival starts at 4 pm and ends when the the last performer has played out. The festival provides free camping and parking. On sunday the festival provides breakfast for those individuals who stayed overnight. In addition, there is a tattoo-stand, cd sales, and more. |
