| Festival Description | The Boulevard Theatre Festival attracts 35,000 visitors to the medieval town of 's-Hertogenbosch every year. The main venues are tents near the St. Jan Cathedral, but there are also performances in the town's theatres and elsewhere. The festival is devoted mainly to new circus acts, contemporary theatre and dance. Easily accessible plays are presented alongside innovative theatre productions. Over the years the event has built itself a reputation as one of the best theatre festivals in the Netherlands |
