| Festival Description | The festival takes place at Ferropolis, the City of Steel located in Gräfenhainichen. Since 1997 the festival has hosted an international line-up of rockers at the atmospheric location among—immense machinery honoring 20th century ingenuity—in the open air museum. Past headliners have included Björk, Franz Ferdinand, Editors, Bloc Party, The Cribs, Pet Shop Boys, Röyksopp, Scissor Sisters, Mando Diao, Chicks On Speed, and Michael Mayer. |
