| Festival Description | Menuo Juodaragis, or Black Horned Moon, is a neo-folk dark-wave festival that presents contemporary Baltic and dark-wave culture in a new light. This is both pays respect to the traditional and concurrently enjoys presenting contemporary arts. This also provides the creative force of Baltic world-view and aesthetics, where old and new, authentic and modern, meaning and spontaneity merge. Thisinnovative international cultural and entertainment event is arranged in the country that has preserved the pagan fire of Europe and speaks the most ancient language on the continent. The flow is generated by plenty of old and new music styles ranging from ethno, neo-folk, post-folk, tribal, gothic to ambient, industrial, idm, rock/metal, avant-garde, etc. |
