| Festival Description | This non-competitive festival is organized to bring together Girls' and Children's choirs from different national schools and cultures through singing. The goals of the International Girls' Choir Festival are international exchange of repertoire and to gain experience for Girls’ and Children choirs. |

- During this year’s festival there will be masterclass of the outstanding German ensemble AMARCORD.

Participant’s regulations:
- Each choir must prepare 30 minutes original music from the country (mostly a capella), where the choir comes from. At the end of the Festival all choirs will perform original a capella music of a Latvian composer chosen by the Artistic Committee of Latvian Composers Union by March 1st, 2007.
- Certificates will be given to all the participating choirs.
- All the performances are public and the Festival reserves the right to record during the Festival.
- Each choir transfers €30 per day/per person to the Festival account by March 8, 2007.
- 2 individuals from the group are free of this charge.
