| Festival Description | Its origin was the independent arts festival under the title, "The Uprising of the Underground" in 1998. It started out as a festival with the participation of artists and arts groups invovled in creative works in drama, dance, music and exhibition art and independent film. The festival was founded on free participation among the members of the festival. It is considered as having created a community that values creative activities in independent arts and the principle of cultural pluralism. |
