Festival Description

The All Ireland Amateur Drama Festival based in Athlone was establishment in 1953 and is the premier amateur drama Festival in Europe. The Festival brings together competing theatre groups from all over, Ireland. A festival Fringe incorporating music, poetry, puppetry, exhibitions and dance is held in conjunction with the drama festival.
