Festival Description

The Castlepalooza experience is Ireland’s most intimate and exclusive 3-day music festival—set in the breathtaking surrounds of Charleville Castle, Tullamore, Co. Offaly. Castlepalooza, which only has a capacity of 2,000 has existed for just four years, but has already drawn praise from international press and punters alike.

Practical Info:

Call for volunteers 2011:
  • If volunteering at Castlepalooza while having lots of craic sounds appeals to you please contact castlepalooza@volunteerwestmeath.ie to apply for volunteering opportunities. Volunteering places can only be reserved ahead of time and are on a first come first served basis. All volunteers camp on site in Crew camping so tents, sleeping bags are required. All volunteers are entitled one meal per shift provided by Castlepalooza - once you are off duty, you take care of yourself. We usually get help from at least 100 volunteers every year to help make the festival the best that it can be. Volunteers are welcome also to stick around for the Volunteer/Crew after party to celebrate our achievement! Arrival time is usually Friday evening and pre-festival information and briefing with your team leaders.
