| Festival Description | The Westport Arts Festival, founded in 1975, has long since established itself on the West Coast calendar as an exciting and diverse event. The festival is a locally run event for the enjoyment of the local community and the thousands of tourists who visit the area. This year's programme will be run over a four day period and will be made up of a mix of daytime workshops, lectures and exhibitions which will complement the evening musical and theatrical programmes from some of Irelands best known artists. |
