Festival Description

The Valley of Arts is the most extensive pancultural festival in Hungary and has been organised in the past 15 consecutive years. This program started at 1989 in the pictueresque valley above the lake Balaton, in the valley of creek Eger. Today this is the biggest summer art festival in Hungary. Theater and dance, Punch and Judy shows, classical and religious music, jazz and world music concerts, folk music and dance, programs for children, craftsman producitons, literary events, film screening, more than 50 exhibitions, National Potter Summit, handicrafts sale, and musical camp make exciting the program of the Valley.
