| Festival Description | The festival celebrates the music of gypsy guitarist Django Reinhardt. In the 30s and 40s Reinhardt teamed up with Stephane Grappelli whose jazz partnership caused a sensation and further enriched swing jazz with their virtuosity. The festival brings together national and international artists in New York which has been going strong since its inaugural year in 2000. |
