| Festival Description | Teatro di Strada a Spilimbergo is a celebration of the art of the road show in all its artistic forms and cultural influences. The street shows capture the imagination of people of all ages and interests in a historical setting—the urban jewel of Spilimbergo. Performers include: jugglers, actors, dancers, clowns and many others. The shows are not necessarily based on conventional expression, but, often explores territories that are considered “dangerous” by other theaters, thereby transforming expectations of sensibilities one expects from the artists. The Festival takes place from Saturday, October 20th to Sunday, October 21st and transforms the historical center of Spilimbergo into a great stage—where the fantasy and the genius of numerous groups of coming from all the world will be able to express themselves. |
