Festival Description

The competition has been taking place every year, since 2001 in Athens, Greece and has become an institution. Dancer, teacher and choreographer Mrs. Katerina Pavlaki, is the organizer and director of this dance event which has become a reference point for many dancers. The greatest accomplishment of the competition is the increased participation among high level dancers every year. This year about 600 dancers of all ages from 12 countries participated.

The competition’s aim is to the unify Professional and Amateur dancers from all over the world, through a contest of talent and technique and through the exchange ideas and experiences. The competing dance styles include Classical Ballet, Modern dance, Character, Jazz, and Ethnic. By offering awards and scholarships to the distinguished dancers motivates them to seek a professional career. The competition offers to dancers the best possible reward and recognition.
