Festival Description

Camp Bestival combines top notch music and an onsite camping experience. Tents—tepees—yurts—bivouacs—airstreams—gypsy caravans: At Camp Bestival you can enjoy your stay your way—from luxurious accomodations to affordable tents allows festival-goers to create their own world of outdoor living. The facilities are top notch for families with parking right next to the campsites, spacious areas for chilling and playing and the relatively flat landscape means access around the site is easy for mums and wee-uns. Hot showers with tea and toast while you wait will warm your cockles and Giant BBQs, Spit Roasts, Farmers Market and the finest local and famous food stuffs will ensure hearty meals are indulged in. And of course the local WI will be there to attend to your cake and tea needs. So whether you’re dancing your socks off or chilling in Restival you’ll be having the time of your life.

  • Camp Bestival weekly payment plan (NB: Booking fees will be charged with your initial transaction)
    • We will once again be offering a 34 week payment plan for Friday entry weekend tickets and a 36 week payment plan for Thursday entry weekend tickets, which means that an adult ticket can be bought at a payment of around £5 per week over 34 or 36 weekly payments. Once you have signed up to the payment plan, which basically means giving your agreement by ticking the bank mandate form on Ticketline’s website, we will automatically debit your card on a weekly basis.

    • Camp Bestival, the fairytale holiday camp with fancy dress, magical moments and family friendly mayhem for the second year running.
FINAL WINNERS: THE GREENER FESTIVAL AWARD 2009:
  • The organisers of the Award, campaign and advice group AGreenerFestival.com said that they were particularly pleased with the number of outstanding festivals in 2009 with twelve festivals being awarded very high marks. The Award is based on a 56 part questionnaire which covers office management, greenhouse gas emissions, supporting green initiatives, travel and transport, waste and recycling, water management, environmental protection and noise reduction and almost all the festivals will receive a visit from an independent auditor to assess their green efforts. http://agreenerFestival.com
    • All winning Festivals will receive a special trophy designed by competition winner Sade Goddard from Keswick School in Cumbria whose winning design features a Red Kite motif and is made from recycled plastic bottles, crushed CDs and remoulded Wellington boots.
